The Central Board of School Examination (CBSE), Delhi is widely accepted organization of Govt. of India extend affiliation to govt. and private schools for the education of students in India & abroad. All India Secondary School Examination (AISSE) in the 10th standard and All India Senior School Certificate Examination (AISSCE) in the 12th are the two exams conducted by the CBSE board. CBSE has designed all its syllabus and curriculum in association with NCERT following NEP-2020 and NCF-2023.
In order to keep pace with the technological advancements, implementation of NEP-2020 and NCF-2023, CBSE has launched an online educational system to sort out students’ difficulties. CBSE online provides study materials and sample Question Papers etc. for students. It is a powerful resource offering a stress free learning environment. It provides conceptual learning supported by multimedia resources such as audio, visuals and animation. These are also supported with relevant power point presentations, graphics and illustrations that are easy to understand, grasp, and remember. The multimedia-enriched way of learning is an attractive option to students, unlike books that tend to be boring. It helps create energy and excitement in the students. It also offers Self analysis techniques such as online CBSE practice tests, online sample papers and time bound CBSE model papers.
Montessori standard is introduced into the school through its Child Development Centre (CDC) to take children admitted from two & half years of their age to complete the pre-schooling in CDC till they attain five & half years of age . During this period they cover three classes from Mont. I to III. Play way method is used for teaching children of this category. Forty percent stress is laid on academic management and sixty percent of the total curriculum is earmarked for different activities to generate learning excitement in beginners.
During the primary level of education children have to use more of their brain and get an environment to communicate in English. Academic and non-academic activities in this section go at equal proportions.
Besides reading, writing, pronunciation and vocabulary, in-depth care is taken to make the children learn behavior, manners, etiquette and discipline. Seventy percent stress is laid on academic curriculum, where-is thirty percent emphasis is given to different other activities.
With reduction in activities as far as possible, adequate care is taken for building up a good academic career without neglecting physical education. Linguistic development with particular reference to English is planned by adopting various devices like orientation in grammar, vocabulary, usages and composition. Hundred percent attentions are focused on Academic Curriculum, so as to ensure the students the best possible career.
Students during this period are made to be equipped with self confidence, so that they can choose a good befitting career for themselves and become credit not only to themselves but also to the school, to their families and to the nation as a whole. Discipline is emphasized from the very beginning and mock parliaments are held at regular intervals to develop the same. Focus is mainly given on academic developments.
